Pastor Sean Amen is from Bridgeport NE where he grew up and graduated High School. While in High School he first met Kelsi, his High School sweetheart, whom he would later marry and have three beautiful girls with (Rylee, Harper, & Kennedi). After High School, Sean was deployed to Iraq with the Nebraska Army National Guard in 2006-07 as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. After returning from Iraq, and after marrying Kelsi, Sean moved to Central Nebraska where he would work for the Hall County Department of Corrections for the next seven years. In this season of life, Sean fell in love with Jesus and sensed he was being called into ministry. Since then, Sean earned a BA of Christian Ministry and a MA of Christian Studies from Crown College, and served four years as the youth pastor at Lifehouse Church in Hastings NE before coming to New Life in December of 2018 to serve as the Lead Pastor. His personal mission is to increase the word of God in his own life, and in the lives of those he has the opportunity to shepherd, so that disciples will multiply.
So the word of God spread. The number of disciples in Jerusalem increased rapidly, and a large number of priests became obedient to the faith.
