Whether you have attended church your entire life or never been at all, it’s not easy visiting church for the first time. You probably don’t know what to expect and may have a lot of questions. It is our desire that you have the best experience possible.

Our Sunday Gathering begins at 10:30 AM. We are located on the corner of 2nd and Wheeler in downtown Grand Island.
Whatever you want! We welcome jeans, t-shirts, ties, tuxedos…you get the idea. Come as you are.
New Life is conveniently located 301 W. 2nd Street in Downtown Grand Island. That is on the corner of 2nd and Wheeler. Click here to get directions.
There are two parking lots located near New Life if there is no available parking on Wheeler or 2nd Street. The Railside Parking lot on 2nd Street is right across the street from New Life and always has plenty of parking. There is also a Railside Parking lot on 1st Street one block away from New Life. Both of these lots are conveniently close to New Life.
Our worship service lasts about 90 minutes. You will not be pointed at or made to feel uncomfortable in anyway. You will experience a meaningful and relevant time….and you will have fun too!
Make sure you arrive early so you can enjoy a coffee at the Oasis Coffeehouse, which offers a full array of specialty drinks. Our time starts with a 30 minute block of modern worship music and some brief announcements. The worship team has a full ensemble of instruments such as guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, drums, keyboards, piano and even a mandolin from time to time. We’ll have the words up on two large screens so that you can sing along as much as you feel comfortable.
After worship we’ll jump into the day’s teaching. The message is typically 50-60 minutes and takes biblical principles and applies them in a relevant way.
New Life Kids Church will be a great time for your children! All children–from birth to 5th grade–are invited to join us in a fun, safe and interactive environment. Check in for the kids is at the Welcome Center. When you arrive with your kids, you can take them to the Welcome Center and get them checked in before you find your seat. When you register your child, you will receive a receipt sticker that you will use to pick up your child after the service on the second floor.
